Cleaner Air
Since 2011
Since 2011, SaniTech Services — a women-owned, NADCA-certified company — has taken pride in providing the highest standard of quality, professionalism, and knowledge in the air duct cleaning industry. Our philosophy is to constantly evolve to meet the needs of the ever-changing technology in our industry, and to find innovative ways to meet those needs.
"Innovation occurs when the creative concept emerges in concert with the technical means to realize it."

NADCA Membership
The National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) is the global authority on HVAC system cleaning standards. Founded to establish best practices and ethical standards in the industry, NADCA sets the benchmark — known as the ACR Standard — that contractors must follow on commercial projects worldwide.
SaniTech Services is a proud NADCA member. What does that mean for you? Every project we take on is governed by the most rigorous industry standards available. Many commercial facility managers and procurement departments require NADCA membership as a prerequisite just to submit a bid — so when you work with SaniTech, you're already ahead of the compliance curve.
ASCS — Air Systems Cleaning Specialist
The Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) designation is NADCA's premier individual certification for HVAC cleaning professionals. Earning it requires completing formal training, passing a rigorous written examination, and committing to annual recertification — ensuring that every ASCS-certified technician stays current with evolving industry standards.
For you as a client, this means the person running your project isn't just experienced — they're tested, verified, and held accountable every single year. The ASCS credential is one of the most respected in the field, and SaniTech's team carries it with the same commitment to quality they bring to every job.
CVI — Certified Ventilation Inspector
The Certified Ventilation Inspector (CVI) credential recognizes specialists trained to assess HVAC ventilation systems against NADCA's ACR Standard. Achieving CVI status requires both comprehensive training and passing a formal examination, with recertification required every two years to ensure inspectors remain at the forefront of the industry.
When SaniTech conducts an HVAC inspection for your facility, you receive more than an opinion — you receive a documented assessment by a credentialed inspector whose knowledge is regularly validated. That rigor matters when you're managing compliance, planning capital expenditures, or making the case to ownership that your systems are in good hands.
VSMR — Ventilation System Mold Remediator
NADCA's Ventilation System Mold Remediator (VSMR) credential identifies specialists trained specifically to identify, contain, and remediate mold within HVAC systems. Mold inside ductwork is a common — and serious — air quality issue, and remediating it incorrectly can spread the problem rather than solve it.
Holding the VSMR credential means our team has been trained on the procedures and containment methods that resolve the issue at its source, restoring air quality without putting building occupants at additional risk.
Certified Mold Remediation Contractor (NYS DOL)
SaniTech Services holds a Mold Remediation Contractor license from the New York State Department of Labor — a credential required by law for any commercial mold remediation work in New York State.
This certification confirms that SaniTech's processes, training, insurance, and reporting meet the State's full regulatory requirements. For property managers, school districts, and healthcare facilities, that means your remediation contractor is verified at the State level — not just self-attested.
OSHA Safety Certifications
Every SaniTech field technician carries OSHA 40 Hour and OSHA Permit-Required Confined Space Entry certifications. Together, these cover the safety procedures and protective equipment required on active job sites and for confined-space work — both routine on commercial HVAC projects.
OSHA training isn't a one-time box-check. Our field staff stay current on the protocols, equipment, and documentation requirements so every job site runs safely from setup through cleanup.
Authorized Product Applicators
SaniTech is an Authorized Applicator for Carlysle Hardcast HVAC sealing products and Monofoil antimicrobial coatings — two manufacturer-controlled credentials that allow us to install warrantied product applications in the field.
Authorization isn't open enrollment: manufacturers verify training, equipment, and quality of work before granting the designation. For you, it means SaniTech can install these products with the manufacturer's backing — not as a retrofit by an unqualified contractor.
Women-Owned Business Enterprise — NYS, NYC & Port Authority NY/NJ
SaniTech Services is certified as a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) by New York State, New York City, and the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. Each certification confirms SaniTech meets ownership, financial, and insurance criteria established by that authority — and each must be renewed on its own schedule.
For public agencies, municipalities, and organizations with supplier diversity requirements, SaniTech's triple WBE certification means we are a pre-qualified vendor across the full range of New York and New Jersey's public and private sectors.
Certified NYC SCA Contractor
The New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) oversees construction, renovation, and facility work across the City's public school system — and only contractors that complete its pre-qualification process are eligible to perform that work. SaniTech Services is a certified NYC SCA contractor.
Pre-qualification means the SCA has vetted our experience, safety record, and insurance before we ever step on site. For school districts and facility teams, that means SaniTech is already approved to work in New York City public schools — the same standard we bring to every campus, library, and public building we service.
SaniTech and the Community
Long Island is more than just where we do business — it's our home. SaniTech Services supports the community by demanding excellence to keep the air quality and surfaces clean and healthy for the children and families who live here.
