HVAC AIR DUCT CLEANING

We are a leader in the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) field. Our unique HVAC/Mechanical Hygiene Program can identify and prioritize your requirements and help establish a pro-active IAQ program. We have successfully investigated, planned and managed solutions to IAQ issues in homes and all types of commercial facilities. Includes cleaning of the interior of air handlers, supply and return ductwork, registers/grilles, dampers, turning vanes, coils and VAV boxes.

  • Access points are strategically placed throughout each system as required. Access points are closed by using gasketed sheet metal plates. These plates allow easy inspection by the owner.

  • Registers are removed where possible. After cleaning, they are reinstalled to their normal positions.

  • Interior surfaces of air handlers and ductwork are cleaned by using HEPA filtered vacuums, rotary brush systems and compressed air dislodging systems, as applicable to perform thorough cleaning.

  • Ductwork is kept under negative pressure during the cleaning process to capture particulate and prevent cross contamination.

  • Digital photographs will be taken at appropriate locations throughout the HVAC systems, where adverse conditions are found.

  • An EPA registered solution will be fogged throughout each system upon completion. This will prohibit bacterial growth within the systems.

  • Protection of all areas where work is being performed will be provided, as well as cleanup upon completion.

  • All work will meet or exceed NADCA standards.

We are a proud member of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA). All projects are managed by a NADCA Certified Air System Cleaning Specialist.

According to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) studies have shown that the air in our homes, buildings and schools can be more polluted than the outdoor air in even the largest and most industrialized cities.
